Players to be Traded
- Chris Sale: The White Sox are not a super team but Chris Sale is on a super deal. He is owed around only 45 million dollars over the next 4 years (think about that Jeff Samardzija has 5 years but is paid almost double that). The White Sox have not had a great farm system but they could rebuild it easily if the traded their ace.
- Sonny Gray: Billy Beane understands that to get talent you have to give up talent and he has a very talented piece. Like Sale trading Sonny Gray could set the A's up for the future
- Andrew Miller and Aroldis Chapman: You have heard about this a lot so I will keep this simple: if the Yankees are not contending this year they should trade these two especially Chapman
- Mark Melancon: So if the Pirates are not in contention they should do what they always do: trade their leaving closer for a new closer
- Mike Trout: Okay most of these won't happen and this one will definitely not happen. But hear me out: The Angels have the worst farm system in baseball. You want to rebuilt this system here is a way to do it fast.
- Carlos Beltran: Another Yankee this one makes sense at age 37 and in the last year of his deal Beltran is still a good player and one of the best postseason hitters ever
- Carlos Gonzalez: We have gone over this one before; with Nolan Arrenado as a star they really should trade Gonzalez
- Ryan Braun and Jonathan Lucroy: The Brewers are going nowhere; these two players would definitely be people teams would want.
- The Braves?: Like seriously if there is a Brave that is available and the Braves believe they will get a good deal they will do it
- Josh Reddick: He is in the last year of his deal and he could break out
10 Prospects That Could Be Traded
- Austin Meadows OF Pirates: If the Pirates do try to go for it than this would make sense because with Starling Marte, Andrew Mccutchen and Gregory Polanco the Pirates have a stable outfield
- Jose De Leon P Dodgers: So the Dodgers are not trading Julio Urias. So if they want a top player this is the guy they will have to give up
- Bobby Bradley, Bradley Zimmer, Clint Frazier OF's Indians: If the Indians need to get a top player these are three top outfield prospects
- Javier Baez Cubs: I know he is in the Majors but of the Cubs young players he makes the most sense
- Daz Cameron Astros: This guy is extremely talented and could in my opinion be a guy to build a package around for a big name
