Hi happy Monday everybody.
So there is something I am working on and I really hope that others take up this challenge with me. To people that already do this I give you kudos. Heck to a lot of people this might be what they do anyway.
However, I want you (and I will too) to smile today as if it is a Friday. I mean it is the beginning of the week but that doesn't mean ANYBODY, other students, professors, employers, employees, co-workers, none of them have a right to take away your happiness. So if you love the weekend keep that riding from Sunday into the new week.
This is SO SO SO much easier said than done. But I am going to try and I challenge everyone else to as well.
This blog is to spread mental health awareness through creativity and to show people that they don't have to be perfect. So I hope this makes a positive impact on people. I will also be posting my drawings here

Being Mindful of Extremes
So I have decided that most day s I am just going to write about whatever I think is important although still giving everyday cool and most alliterated names. So for mental notes Monday. I want to talk about this
I always say that there are some things that are great. Except for flexibility I fall under most of the ones on the right. However, it is important to remember that there is always a middle so being able to control these emotions so that they are good and not negative. Also please understand with social cues that for a lot of people they are very hard to understand.Be ready for an article Saturday that I am really excited about. Tomorrow I will help preview it by writing about what to do and not do when someone is having a panic attack.
